Our approach has been informed by NHS doctors and managers who have found ways of inspiring their teams, and ideas from leaders such as Transport for London's David Waboso and Buurtzorg's Jos de Blok.

We invite people who inform our approach to present at our twice yearly events. The following videos are taken from several of these occasions.
