Performance management for staff and departments
The Rota Management Console (RotaMC) provides facilities to set expectation targets and then to track how the department as a whole and individual staff members are performing in relation to the stated targets.
Performance monitoring
RotaMC provides data in graphical and tabular form. Excel reports are downloadable for each table of data, and summary data provides links to detailed reports on the subject of interest.
Staff expectation calculations include registers of anticipated activity from job plan templates together with flexible-in-a-week (FIW) and flexible-in-a-year (FIY/Annualised) activity. Adjustments can be made according to public holidays and other factors.
